Poughkeepsie… Dutchess County Executive William R. Steinhaus and County Executive-elect Marcus J. Molinaro toured the nearly completed Hudson Baylor recycling facility in Beacon, NY yesterday with Hudson Baylor Corporation President Scott Tenney along with other company representatives, county officials and local media. The facility is expected to be completed and operational by the end of this year.
