Poughkeepsie... Dutchess County Executive Marcus J. Molinaro will present the 2nd annual Colleen Marie Genadry Memorial Award tonight at 7:00pm at the Dutchess County Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) membership meeting at the Emergency Response Center located at 392 Creek Road in Poughkeepsie.
