Poughkeepsie…The American flag flies proudly atop a newly installed flagpole on the Veterans Memorial Highway (County Route 40A/St. Andrews Road) in the Town of Hyde Park commemorating the services and sacrifices of our nation’s veterans. St. Andrews Road was dedicated as the Veterans Memorial Highway in June 2014 to recognize the men and women who served in the Unites States military. The flagpole is located at the corner of Route 9G and St. Andrews Road
