Poughkeepsie… Dutchess County Executive Marcus J. Molinaro has announced he will appoint Sabrina Jaar Marzouka as Acting Commissioner of the Dutchess County Department of Community and Family Services (DCFS) following the retirement of Robert Allers. Allers retires March 27th after 40 years of service to the county, including 20 years as DCFS Commissioner. Mrs. Marzouka currently serves as the Assistant Commissioner of the Dutchess County Department of Health.
