Poughkeepsie...The Mid-Hudson Civic Center wants our inaugural Oktoberfest event to be a success for Dutchess County, the Dutchess County Airport, all our vendors and patrons alike. The uncertain weather forecast for Saturday, however, makes it impossible to ensure such success.
