"Congratulations to Rob Rolison as he begins his third year as Chairman of the Dutchess County Legislature. I look forward to working with Rob and the entire Legislature as we confront the important challenges facing us with limited resources. I join him in welcoming the newest members of the County Legislature and am eager to begin this next chapter of Dutchess County's history with all of them.
