Molinaro will share highlights from the 2013 State of the County Address at a special "Cocktails and Conversation" event hosted by the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce (DCRCOC) on Thursday, February 21st at 5pm at the Villa Borghese in the Town of Wappinger.
