Poughkeepsie… The Dutchess County Legislature honored Dutchess County Executive William R. Steinhaus on Monday evening to thank him for his years of dedicated service to Dutchess County residents. County Executive Steinhaus will be ending his fifth, four year term as Dutchess County Executive on December 31, 2011.
